It refers to lymph nodes that are situated on the medial aspect of the upper limb between the humeral and the cubital lymph nodes.

These structures are also referred to as Nodi lymphoidei brachiales.

These nodes are situated in a position relative to the posterior and the medial sections of the axillary vein.
